Tips 1

Aihh... sejak bilelah i jadik dietitian nih..... Blog nih mmg nak simpan sume info yang I dapat... utk kegunaan i dan u all jugak hehe... but then no one knows about this blog actually wakakkakaaka..... Tidak mengapa... well one day should have one kot kui3x

Tips of the day yang I dapat was from my friend... dia nih dulu rajin ke slimming center.... dan dah abis riban2 lah... aihh i nih tak mampulah nak abiskan riban2 utk ke slimming center tuh.... maka diet sendiri ajelah kih3x

Bak kata kawan I tu.... diet nih takleh sebarang gak... kang sakit satu hal plak... ermm btol gak apa dia ckp.... maka dengan itu sebelum I amik herbalife nih pun dah banyak produk yang I study.... pros and cons.... and finally i decide nak amik herbalife sebab matlamat I nak sihat bukan nak kurus semata....

Ada org cakap.. jaga makan ajelah takyahlah nak amik produk2 ni... huhu ntah kenapa i degil sangat nak cuba wakakkakkakkaka... Maka dengan itu bila diri dah degil sangat nak amik... kenalah konsisten (lepuk sikit kepala asik kantol diet jek akakaakkakkaka)

Metabolisme kita macam bell curve. pagi rendah then naik sket n paling tinggi tengahari n kemudian menurun semula dan rendah semula malam.
So if nak makan carbo, makan tengahari..coz tengahari metabolisme tinggi n cepat proses. if makan carbo time metabolisme rendah, tenaga lebih tu jadi lemak lah..

How does Herbalife help in reducing weight

Rule of thumb : If you want to lose weight you need to either increase your daily activities by exercising, or by decreasing your daily calorie intake. If you want to lose weight for good then reduce the calories that you have in your diet.

Daily calories intake for
Women: 1600-2000 calories
Men: 2000-2500 calories

Notes:
*To lose weight, 500 calories should be subtracted per day for each pound you want to lose every week. However, losing more than 2 pounds (or 0.91 kilos) per week is not recommended.
* To gain weight, 500 calories should be added per day for each pound you want to gain every week.
* For a more balanced approach to a 1 pound per week weight loss, you have to increase your activity. Decrease calorie intake by 250 calories per day and exercising to expend (use up) the other 250 calories. This approach prevents a decrease in your metabolic rate and promotes increased lean muscle mass.
* Never go below 1500 calories per day, at this low intake there’s a greater chance you may miss out on essential nutrients, some of which may help boost energy levels.

If the goal is to lose weight, let say :

1 pounds or 0.5 kilos per week, you must subtract 500 calories per day from the current daily intake.

Hence, you've managed to decrease your calorie intake in 1 month to...
500 calories x 30 days = 15000 calories/month

Note that, 1 pounds ( 0.5 kilos ) = 3500 calories

15000 / 3500 = 4.3 pounds

You'll be able to lose 4.3 pounds in a month (or 1.95 kilos in a month)

Cutting Calories

But how do we cut our calories?

Option 1: Reduce portions of food
Option 2: Switch to lower calorie food which can last you for 3-4 hours. (eg HL shakes)
Option 3: Do both; option 1 and 2.

Calorie in Herbalife Shapeworks

F1 : 1 scoop = 44 calories
F3 : 1 scoop = 20 calories
Teamix : 1 teaspoon = 5.8 calories

There's a slight difference in calories of F1.

F1 Chocolate : 44.5 calories
F1 Vanilla : 44.5 calories
F1 Strawberry : 44.5 calories
F1 Cappuccino : 42.5 calories
F1 Tropical fruit : 44 calories

So if u take 3 scoops of F1 + 1 scoop of F3 + 400 ml of water and later drink 1 teaspoon of teamix + 400 ml of water after you drink the shakes. Your meal replacement only totals up to 158 calories.

Replace 1 meal with shakes = 158 calories
Replace 2 meal with shakes = 158 x 2 = 316 calories

So for Dinner = 2000 - 316 = 1684 calories

You have 1684 calories left for dinner, and I don't think for dinner you'll consumed that much. The most would be 600-900 calories for a plate of rice with chicken curry and mixed veggie. And guess what? You still have more calories left to spare.

You’re cutting down your calories but at the same time you can still enjoy eating your favorite food. Replace you typical tea time snacks; curry puff and banana fritters to a much more healthier snack such as yogurt, digestive biscuits, whole meal bread and fruits.


Let me show you an example of 2 meals; 1 without HL shakes and 1 with HL shakes.

Menu without HL : 3 meals a day + teatime

Breakfast
~ Nasi Lemak (small packet) - 150
~ Teh tarik - 120

Lunch
~ 1 bowl of rice - 170
~ Fried Chicken - 300
~ Mixed Veggie - 100
~ Teh Ais - 120 cal

Tea Time
~ Curry puff - 240
~ Hot Tea - 120

Dinner
~ Rice + Side dishes - 900
~ Plain water - 0

TOTAL = 2220 calories

2220 - 2000 = 220 (The max calorie intake per day for females is 2000)

Increase of 220 calories x 30 days = 6600 calories/month

6600 / 3500 = 1.9 pounds or 0.9 kilo [GAIN WEIGHT]


Menu with HL : replace 2 meals with 2 shakes + 1 meal a day, with teatime (optional)

Breakfast
~ F1 + F3 shakes - 152
~ Teamix - 5.8
~ Water - 0

Lunch
~ F1 + F3 shakes - 152
~ Teamix - 5.8
~ Water - 0

Tea Time
~ Currypuff - 240
~ Milo Ais - 120

Dinner
~ Rice + Side dishes - 900
~ Plain water - 0

TOTAL = 1564 calories

2000 - 1564 = 436 (The max calorie intake per day for women is 2000)

Decrease of 436 calories x 30 days = 13080 calories/month

13080 / 3500 = 3.7 pounds or 1.7 kilo [LOSE WEIGHT]

In conclusion...

Women:
~ If you consume less than 2000 calorie per day, you'll lose weight.
~ If you consume more than 2000 calorie per day, you'll gain weight.

Men:
~ If you consume less than 2500 calorie per day, you'll lose weight.
~ If you consume more than 2500 calorie per day, you'll gain weight.

hari jumaat saya dah tak berherbalife... terpk nak balik jb.. malas nak kontrol2
.. musti naik 2 - 3 kilo nih... turunnya sekilo aje haha

arini saya try timbang waaaa tak naik langsung walaupun dah makan beriye sampai arini... esok nak start balik herbalife... chaiyo2

mase balik tu singgah jj beli susu pisang biskut oat/fiber pastu epal hijau...
esok nak try wat vanilla ngan epal hijau tuhlaa keke epal tu sgt masam tak tertelan plak...

No Lunch - Too busy with my work.. After work I masak meggi goreng... Then my herbalife pun sampai yippi... tak sabar nak try.... ingatkan nak start esok aje.. tapi macam teruja sangat aje.... So I decide to start today.. I take F1 for dinner

F1 2scoops + soymilk
1300 ml

ok satgi I nak bersauna at last 30 min...

Ok thats all for today... my diet tracker hehe...

Huh

Erm.... Banyak yang terjadi antara saya dan dia... tapi saya nak lupakan semuanya.... Dia pun dah ada kat singapore... Saya sentiasa doakan agar kehidupannya dipermudahkan... doa saya makbul tau !! sure pasnih hidup dia akan dipermudahkan... dan hidup saya akan terus camnih (mengungkit plak wakkakakakkaka)... alhamdulillahhh.... doakan yg baik2 utk org.... insyaallah yg baik2 akan dtg kat kita :)

Ermm ok sekarang saya nak start berdiet... takutlah pulak ada macam2 penyakit huhuhu... drp borderline.... tetiber terbayang ada darah tinggi pastu terbayang kene strok pulak.... kencen manis lagikk... wawawawaa.... takleh jadik... saye lom kawen lagik nih kakakakkaka.....

Saya dah ada FIR sauna... pastu start esok saya nak start berdiet ngan herbalife... target nak turunkan 20 kilo nih... chaiyo2x

Saya akan update saya nye aktiviti dan menu hari2... hope takde yg kantoi insyaallah... semnagat nih keke
