Hehe..... rasenya setelah beberapa lama wat survey ttg herbalife nih... rase cam nak try aje.... tapi macam takut.... ermmm apa2 pun utk permulaan nih nak pastekan info2 ttg herbalife nih kat dlm blog ;)

Types & Samples of Daily Menus

Types of Menus
  1. Lose Weight Menu

  2. 2 shakes + 1 normal meal
    ~ Take 2 shakes to replace 2 meals and take 1 normal meal

    Breakfast = HL shakes
    Lunch = HL shakes
    Dinner = Normal meal

  3. Maintain Weight Menu
  4. (also for Breastfeeding Mums)

    1 shakes + 2 normal meal
    ~ Take 1 shakes to replace 1 meal and take 2 normal meals

    Breakfast = HL shakes
    Lunch = Normal meal
    Dinner = Normal meal

  5. Gain Weight Menu

  6. 3 shakes + 3 normal meal
    ~ Take 3 shakes after every meal.

    Breakfast = Normal meal + HL shakes
    Lunch = Normal meal + HL shakes
    Dinner = Normal meal + HL shakes

  7. Improve Health Menu
  8. (also for Pregnant Ladies & those trying to conceive)

    2 shakes + 2 normal meal
    ~ Take 1 shake to replace 1 meal, take 2 normal meals and 1 additional shake for supper.

    Breakfast = HL shakes
    Lunch = Normal meal
    Dinner = Normal meal
    Supper = HL shakes
